It all began in 2020, when Rudi Kolndrekaj started baking pizzas right in his home kitchen. He poured his heart into every recipe, experimenting with ingredients and personally delivering his creations to his first customers. Word spread quickly — every day, people from nearby towns came to Rudi’s home to try his unforgettable flavors. When the small home kitchen could no longer keep up with the growing demand, Rudi took the next step. In April 2021, he opened the first Rud’s Pizza restaurant, which instantly became a local favorite thanks to its quality, flavor, and welcoming atmosphere.
